About The Position

Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking Truck Drivers with a CDL Class A or B for local hauling to join their commercial front load team. The role involves safely operating a heavy truck with a front load lift attachment designed to haul solid waste and recycling. Responsibilities include loading and unloading cargo (automated, but may require wheeling containers), tracking and documenting activity logs, transferring material to disposal sites, reporting issues, inspecting the truck, and performing all duties as scheduled by the Route Manager.

Requirements

Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields utilizing a CDL
WI commercial driver's license, Class A or B CDL
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong work ethic
Ability to pass a background check and a CDL - DOT drug screen

Responsibilities

Safely operate heavy truck with front load lift attachment designed to haul solid waste and recycling
Load and unload cargo, automated. You may be asked to wheel container to a safe area for operation before dumping
Properly track and document activity log
Transfer material to its accurate disposal site
Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
Inspect truck before, during and after trip
Perform all duties as scheduled from the Route Manager
