About The Position

CrossRoads Building Supply, Inc. is seeking motivated Class B CDL Drivers/Warehouse Associates for their Springdale, AR branch. This is a hybrid role with 40% driving and 60% warehouse work. The company is an industry leader in material solutions, committed to providing "Best in Class" service and support to clients and team members.

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Class B) with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of building supply products preferred
• Accurate map-reading and navigation skills
• Comfortable working from heights (ladders, rooftops, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Forklift experience and knowledge of CSRA a plus
• Fully compliant with all DOT requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely driving and delivering materials to multiple job sites
• Assisting with warehouse operations, including pulling/loading stock
• Unloading deliveries at customer locations
• Supporting inventory control and accuracy
• Operating a forklift
• Providing excellent service to customers and team members
