About The Position

CrossRoads Building Supply, Inc., an industry leader in material solutions, is seeking motivated Class B CDL Drivers/Warehouse Associates with Crane experience for their Milwaukee, WI branch. This hybrid position involves 60% driving and 40% warehouse work, offering "Best in Class" service and support to clients and team members. The role requires a valid Class B CDL license and full DOT compliance.

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Class B) with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of building supply products preferred
• Accurate map-reading and navigation skills
• Comfortable working from heights (ladders, rooftops, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Forklift experience and knowledge of CSRA a plus

• Crane experience

Responsibilities

• Safely driving and delivering materials to multiple job sites
• Assisting with warehouse operations, including pulling/loading stock
• Safely operate a truck mounted crane to load and unload materials
• Supporting inventory control and accuracy
• Operating a forklift (experience a plus)
• Providing excellent service to customers and team members
