About The Position
The Buehler’s Truck Driver is a vital position within our Warehouse Department. This role involves safely loading and unloading products, operating an 18-wheel semi, managing recycled waste, handling empty pallets, delivering internal store mail, and returning equipment. Drivers are responsible for performing pre-trip inspections and reporting any issues to the Warehouse Manager. Additionally, the role includes delivering produce, managing late inbound deliveries, and potentially other duties as assigned. The position requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, the ability to follow instructions, and basic to intermediate math skills. Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, bending, reaching, carrying, repetitive lifting up to 80 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. Requirements
- CDL Class A
- 21 years or older
- Willing to go under random substance screening
- Certified DOT Paperwork
- Manual dexterity
- Auditory and visual skills
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
- Able to do basic to intermediate level math problems

Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload products from Warehouse and Central Kitchen
- Operate 18-wheel semi to and from Warehouse and Store locations
- Responsible for bringing back all recycled waste
- Handle empty pallets
- Deliver internal store mail
- Return all necessary Food Service and Bakery equipment to the Warehouse
- Perform a “pretrip” on the assigned truck and report any and all issues to the Warehouse Manager
- Deliver produce to the stores using the Produce Truck
- Manage and unload any late inbound deliveries
