About The Position

The Driver is responsible for transporting equipment to various locations while ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory agencies. This role involves operating vacuum and water trucks, potentially pulling oversized loads, and adhering strictly to DOT requirements and company health, safety, and environmental regulations. The driver will maintain accurate logs, conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure the proper maintenance of their vehicle.

Requirements

• Age 21 or above
• Must have medical DoT card
• Applicants must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License
• Tanker Endorsement
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record that meets fleet insurance requirements - No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screen and drug and alcohol tests

Responsibilities

• Pulling various loads to and from locations
• Operate vacuum and water trucks
• May pull oversized loads such as forklifts, man lifts and other oversized equipment
• Be able to follow DOT requirements
• Ensures compliance with all company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental requirements including, but not limited to: completing daily Job Safety Analysis, pre/post-trip inspection reports, near miss and hazard reports
• Keeps accurate and timely driving logs in accordance
• Conducts pre-trip and post-trip equipment assessments
• Ensures proper maintenance of truck and equipment to maintain proper working and safety requirements
