This position offers local routes, allowing drivers to be home every night and enjoy a supportive local team environment. The role involves safely operating company vehicles, delivering goods, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CDL driver.
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform other physical tasks (standing, climbing, etc.).
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Safely operate and maintain company vehicles for local deliveries.
Deliver goods to various locations promptly and professionally.
Keep accurate records of deliveries, materials, and fuel/mileage logs (IFTA information when applicable).
Review delivery documents to ensure correct materials, quantities, and destinations.
Maintain company vehicles and report any maintenance needs.
Provide excellent customer service—ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases and delivery experience.
Follow traffic laws and regulations, conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth, timely deliveries.
Assist with other facilities/maintenance tasks during low delivery volume.
