Carter Lumber is seeking CDL Delivery Specialists to transport orders to local customer jobsites safely and efficiently using a company-owned fleet. The CDL Delivery Specialist will ensure daily delivery schedules are met, provide excellent customer service, and unload materials at customer sites using a dump bed or truck-mounted forklift.

Requirements

• Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials.
• Experience operating a truck-mounted forklift.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have a valid CDL with air brake endorsement.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment.
• Boom truck experience.

Responsibilities

• Transporting orders to local customer jobsites in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensuring daily delivery schedules are met.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service.
• Unloading materials using a dump bed or truck-mounted forklift to place them at the customer's desired location.
