About The Position

Vantive is a vital organ therapy company focused on extending lives and expanding possibilities in kidney care and beyond. The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle to deliver dialysis products to home patients and dialysis centers. This includes delivering dialysis solution, rotating stock, ensuring order accuracy, and occasional order pick-ups and returns. The role is physically demanding, requiring deliveries in various locations and handling up to 45 cases per delivery. The Service Specialist collaborates with patients, regional office staff, customer service, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Minimum of 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Drivers Licenses (CDL)
Air Brake endorsement
MVR check must meet minimum standards
Understand and follow all DOT rules and requirements
Valid Medical Card
Ability to adequately distinguish colors to identify product labels
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong social skills
Ability to facilitate and work effectively in diverse, multi-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 1 year of driving comparable equipment with inside delivery experience preferred.
Pass Industrial Capabilities Test

Responsibilities

Safely operate an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle.
Deliver dialysis products to home patients and kidney dialysis centers.
Deliver dialysis solution, rotate stock, and ensure order accuracy for home patients.
Perform occasional order pick-ups and returns.
Perform multiple day routes that include some overnight travel.
Safely operate material handling equipment such as lift gates, ramps, pallet jacks, walkie rider, and Liftkar (stair climbers).
Follow all safety rules for equipment use and driving outlined by Vantive and DOT.
Maintain driver HOS log using Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
