CDL Concrete Truck Operator/Driver
About The Position
Made Easy Concrete is seeking a skilled CDL Concrete Truck Operator to join their Operations department. This full-time role involves safely transporting and delivering high-quality concrete to residential and commercial job sites using volumetric concrete trucks. The position requires precision driving, equipment operation, and customer-facing professionalism. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and takes pride in their work. Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record
- Tanker endorsement attached to CDL
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety in all conditions
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks required by the role
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Knoxville, TN or Athens, TN prior to starting work
- Candidates with a criminal record are encouraged to apply

- Experience operating concrete delivery or volumetric equipment preferred
Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver concrete to residential and commercial job sites in a timely and efficient manner
- Operate volumetric concrete trucks, ensuring proper calibration and accurate product delivery on every pour
- Collaborate with site teams and project managers to confirm product requirements and coordinate delivery timing
- Maintain accurate delivery slips, logs, and any other required paperwork throughout each shift
- Return equipment to the yard in clean, organized condition at the end of each day
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment every shift
- Identify and communicate any maintenance, mechanical, or equipment concerns promptly
- Ensure trucks and distribution equipment are properly maintained and ready for daily operations
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety standards at all times
- Operate equipment and vehicles responsibly with a focus on the safety of yourself, your crew, and the public
- Follow all job site safety protocols and represent Made Easy Concrete professionally on every visit
- Assist with general yard tasks, material handling, and site support as needed
- Work cooperatively with dispatchers, fellow drivers, and operations staff to keep the day running smoothly
- Bring a positive, team-first attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
