About The Position

As a CDL Driver with Mauser Packaging Solutions Private Fleet, you are the final link in our customer service chain. Mauser Packaging Solutions is a global leader in solutions and services across the packaging lifecycle, providing packaging worldwide to companies in industries from food, personal care, paints, and chemicals. This is a Monday-Friday position with regional/local routes, allowing you to be home daily. We offer a driver-friendly environment with a quarterly safety bonus, potential earnings of $2,000 for an accident/violation-free year, sign-on bonuses up to $3,500, and referral bonuses. Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• At least 23 years old.
• Minimum 1-year on the road experience.
• Willingness to move freight up to 55 pounds.
• Valid Medical card with at least 90 days until expiration.
• No more than 1 DOT recordable accident in last 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years.
• No DUIs in last 5 years.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• A Hazardous Materials Endorsement on CDL is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
• Maintains all required company paperwork.
• Follows all State & Federal regulations per Department of Transportation standards.
• Effectively communicate in English.
• Complies with all established rules and policies (safety, production, etc.).
• Works in a team environment.
• Works any shift and work time as needed.
• Maintains an acceptable attendance record.
