About The Position

BRT, Inc., a family-owned carrier, is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers to make local liquid bulk petroleum deliveries in the New Castle, Delaware area. This full-time position offers daily home time, newer equipment with state-of-the-art technology, and a rotating 5/2–5/3 schedule. Drivers can choose a 4 AM start at $30 per hour or a 4 PM start at $32 per hour. Overtime is paid after 40 hours, and drivers average 50–52 hours per week. The role includes at least three weeks of paid training and eligibility for a performance-based bonus after six months. BRT emphasizes safety, quality equipment, regular schedules, and long-term relationships with its drivers.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• At least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Safety-conscious, organized, and self-motivated attitude.
