About The Position

In this role, you will transport bulk pavement maintenance products between our production facilities and store locations using primarily tanker equipment, with occasional flatbed or van assignments as operational needs require. During slower periods, drivers have the opportunity to remain productive through plant support work at the same hourly rate, helping maintain consistent hours and engagement when routes are lighter. Requirements
- Valid CDL with tanker endorsement.
- At least three years of tanker driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean driving record.
- Active FMCSA Clearinghouse registration.

Responsibilities
- Transport bulk pavement maintenance products between production facilities and store locations using primarily tanker equipment, with occasional flatbed or van assignments.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Complete accurate documentation.
- Ensure proper product transfers without spills or overfills.
- Handle hoses and equipment weighing 50–75 pounds.
- Climb tanker ladders.
- Perform routine vehicle and equipment checks.
- Engage in plant support work during slower periods to maintain consistent hours.
- Conduct background checks, employee eligibility verifications, and schedule pre-hire screening requirements, including drug testing and physicals.
