About The Position
Flint Logistics is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers for dedicated regional lanes. This position offers a consistent route structure with guaranteed weekly home time. Drivers will be responsible for freight that requires driver-assist with a pallet jack. The company emphasizes treating experienced drivers as regional specialists and provides reliable equipment. The operation includes overnight runs, and drivers living within 30 miles may have the option for daily 10-hour breaks at home. Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Current DOT physical
- Residence in the hiring area
- Acceptance of overnight schedule
- Powered pallet jack experience (helpful, training provided)

Responsibilities
- Operate dedicated regional lanes with a consistent route structure.
- Perform driver-assist duties with a pallet jack.
- Complete four weekly loads covering approximately 2,000 miles.
- Conduct overnight operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Provide mandatory holiday coverage, including the week prior.
- Perform drop-hook and live unload freight.
- Utilize powered pallet jacks for freight handling.
- Maximize weekly mileage efficiency through Indianapolis backhaul routing.
