About The Position

D&M Auto Leasing, a part of HERNCO Inc., is seeking a CDL Class A Driver to join the nation's largest auto leasing company. This full-time position involves delivering vehicles primarily during business hours, Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday work. The role requires the driver to be well-organized, communicative, and capable of safely hauling multiple vehicles simultaneously. The driver will cover routes between Dallas, Houston, and Austin.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of CDL Class A driving experience
• Experience hauling vehicles required
• Valid Class A CDL with endorsements
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds each day
• Ability to drive for up to eight hours per day with frequent stops
• Ability to work more than 40 hours per week and up to 12 hours per day
• Work outside in all weather conditions
• Implement and adhere to internal policies and procedures
• Ability to complete accurate documents and contracts
• Prioritize effectively to maximize production time

Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles to and from various locations as coordinated by dispatch throughout the state of Texas and Oklahoma
• Stay connected with our logistics team during route to confirm on-time delivery/pickup
• Keep truck stocked with all material needed to complete work assigned
• Complete and maintain daily paperwork as required by management
• Order transport permits as needed
• Notify management when licenses and State and Federal permits need renewing
• Keep truck clean and washed as needed
• Notify management when service or repairs are required
