About The Position

We are seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers for dedicated routes in Fontana, CA. This position offers great earning potential with high starting CPMs, big bonuses, and the opportunity to maximize your pay. We also offer a lease purchase program for those interested in running their own mini-business, and a Driver Mentor program for experienced drivers looking to help the next generation and earn additional incentives. We have various lane options including Over-the-Road (OTR), Dedicated (home weekly), and Local (daily home time), with routes subject to experience and availability. New drivers will start in the OTR division and must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes. Solo drivers can average 2,500+ miles per week and earn additional performance pay. Team drivers can accelerate their pay potential, averaging 5,000 miles per week with priority loads. The Lease Purchase program offers the opportunity to earn up to $3,500/week with fuel incentives and 24/7 backup. Driver Mentors can earn up to $25,000/year in incentives by helping new drivers.

Requirements

• CDL Class A
• 20,000 safe miles logged (for new drivers transitioning lanes).
• Experience as a driver.
• Ability to average 2,500+ miles per week (solo).
• Ability to average 5,000 miles per week (team).
