Freight Network Drivers transport temperature-controlled freight across regional lanes supported by scheduled delivery windows and drop-and-hook opportunities. Freight planning is structured to maintain consistent flow and reduce delays between assignments for each CDL-A truck driver. Dispatch Operations Dispatch teams coordinate load assignments to support efficient route planning and steady weekly mileage. This allows professional drivers to move through routes with better visibility and fewer interruptions throughout the week. Equipment Overview Drivers operate Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors equipped with auxiliary power units, refrigerators, power inverters, and Bluetooth capability. Units are equipped with outward-facing cameras only. SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic trailers are used to improve stability and fuel efficiency. Assigned equipment may be parked at the driver's residence when appropriate.
