About The Position
Skilled Manufacturing Direct Hire Position – CDL Driver (Class A) for SEEK Careers/Staffing, Inc. in Fall River, WI. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a day shift schedule. The role involves safely operating a Class A commercial vehicle for local, regional, or over-the-road routes, primarily transporting dairy-related products. Responsibilities include performing daily vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate driving logs, and delivering to customers, farms, or facilities. Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- At least 2 years of CDL Class A experience
- A clean or acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport materials, often focusing on dairy-related products.
- Perform local, regional, or over-the-road (OTR) routes, delivering to customers, farms, or facilities.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections of the truck (tires, lights, fluid levels, brakes) and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate driving logs, delivery tickets, and load records in compliance with DOT regulations.
