Requirements

• CDL License – Class A or Class B preferred.
• Proficient with hand trucks, forklifts, semi-trailers, and straight trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
• A safety-first mindset with a proactive approach to keeping the workplace secure.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus.
• Industry knowledge and familiarity with building materials are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate all vehicles with safety, efficiency, and courtesy.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Verify and load orders onto customer and company vehicles with precision, ensuring every delivery meets our high standards.
• Assist with loading, unloading, stocking, and organizing merchandise using equipment like hand trucks and forklifts.
• Secure materials properly to prevent damage.
• Keep accurate records and complete all required paperwork according to company policies.
• Report any equipment maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Report any yard incidents immediately, no matter how small.
• Document and submit all necessary information for swift resolution.
• Be ready to step in wherever needed to support team success and drive operational efficiency.
