This position offers various trucking career options designed to accommodate different lifestyles and goals. Drivers can choose from Over-The-Road (OTR) for maximizing miles and pay, Dedicated routes for weekly home time and steady earnings, or Local routes for daily home time, predictable pay, and bonus opportunities. New drivers will begin in the OTR division and must accumulate 20,000 safe miles before being eligible to switch to other lanes. The company also provides opportunities for Solo OTR driving with performance-based pay, Team driving with accelerated pay and higher mileage, and a Lease Purchase program for those interested in running their own mini-business with significant earning potential and 24/7 support. Additionally, there's a Driver Mentor program that offers substantial incentives for training new drivers and helping them develop safe habits. Experienced drivers are welcome to apply.
