About The Position

Maxwood Furniture is hiring an experienced CDL Class A Driver for dedicated drayage routes between the Port of Charleston and our Marion, SC distribution facility. This is a full-time company driver position with a consistent Monday–Friday, 3:00 AM–11:30 AM schedule — offering predictable hours, weekends off, and afternoons and evenings at home. If you’re an experienced CDL driver looking for consistent routes and a schedule that lets you spend more time off the road, this could be a great fit.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 5+ years of CDL Class A driving experience required for commercial insurance eligibility
• Valid TWIC Card
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and on-time performance

Nice To Haves

• Port and/or drayage experience preferred
• Familiarity with Port of Charleston operations is a plus
