About The Position

Delivering products at Martin Brower, a trusted partner in serving the fast-food industry for nearly 90 years, including renowned brands like McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, and Chipotle. This position offers excellent starting pay of $36.37/hour with annual increases. Employees receive medical, dental, vision, and other benefits for $50 per month, with the company covering the rest. A generous company-paid pension retirement plan is also provided. Deliveries involve no ramps or lift gates, with unitized pallets and 4-5 stops per route. Paid Vacation and Sick Leave, 9 Paid Holidays are offered, with bid opportunities twice a year. Ongoing training and development are provided. The role requires availability for any shift in a 24/7 operation, including weekends, holidays, and overnights.

Requirements

1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds

Responsibilities

The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.
The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle.
This role will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck.
Other duties as assigned.
