We are currently seeking a Full-Time CDL Class A Driver/Furniture Mover to join our Charlotte, NC team. As a CDL Class A Driver/Installer, you’ll play a vital role in delivering and installing furniture for our residential, commercial, event, and trade show clients. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated CDL Class A Driver/Furniture Mover to join our crew. Requirements

  • Driving experience (required)
  • Valid Class A CDL & clean driving record
  • Ability to pass DOT physical & pre-employment drug test.
  • Comply with all DOT Regulations
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional, courteous attitude
  • Experience using Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs).
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb stairs, bend, and stay active for extended periods
  • Basic tool knowledge (cordless drill, screwdriver, etc.)
  • Must comply with FMCSA regulations, pass drug screening, background check, and work occasional weekends.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Furniture handling experience preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
  • Pick up and deliver merchandise according to scheduled routes, including NC, VA, MD, GA, and TN.
  • Verify deliveries match invoices and shipping documents.
  • Maintain vehicles and report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Communicate customer feedback and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Overnight travel required up to three days per week (hotel and per diem provided).
