CDL Class A Delivery Driver

As a CDL Delivery Driver, you'll play a critical role in delivering products safely and efficiently while providing outstanding service to our customers. Drivers operate primarily as one-person delivery units and are responsible for ensuring accurate, timely deliveries throughout their assigned routes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Clean driving record that meets company and DOT requirements.
- 1 year of delivery, transportation, or distribution experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to accurately read invoices, pricing information, and delivery documents.
- Comfortable using smartphones, delivery applications, and mobile technology.
- Dependable, organized, and safety-minded with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle while complying with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Secure and verify all loads prior to departure.
- Deliver products according to assigned routes and delivery schedules.
- Rotate product and collect empty containers, damaged merchandise, and out-of-code products.
- Review invoices, process payments, and ensure delivery accuracy.
- Communicate delivery issues or customer concerns promptly to the Delivery Supervisor.
- Complete end-of-day reconciliation for inventory, accounts receivable, and delivery documentation.
- Maintain product integrity throughout deliveries by minimizing breakage and properly securing loads.
- Keep assigned truck and trailer clean and well maintained.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
