About The Position

We are seeking experienced CDL Class A Company Drivers for Solo Over-The-Road (OTR) positions, operating primarily on the East Coast / Eastern U.S. This role offers competitive pay starting at $0.65 CPM, with the potential to reach up to $0.70 CPM. Drivers can achieve top pay in as little as 90 days through performance-based raises. We also offer various bonuses, including a sign-on bonus, clean DOT inspection bonus, quarterly safety bonus, driver referral bonus, and an annual bonus. Company-paid insurance is provided after 6 months of employment, and fast direct deposit ensures payment within 2-4 days.

Requirements

• Class A CDL + valid Medical Card.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Must be 23+ years old.
• Reasonably clean MVR & PSP.
• No DUI within the last 5 years.
• Not prohibited in DOT Clearinghouse.
• Negative drug test.
• No major criminal convictions.
• Reliable transportation & smartphone with data.

Nice To Haves

• Truck GPS highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle on the East Coast / Eastern U.S. route.
• Stay on the road for at least 1 week at a time.
• Maintain a clean MVR & PSP.
• Pass a negative drug test.
• Adhere to company policies regarding pets and smoking in trucks.
• Ensure passengers are 18+ and have the required insurance.
