About The Position

Rentals To Go is seeking Driver/Service Technicians to travel to various sites to operate a company service truck. The role involves servicing, pumping, and cleaning portable restrooms or holding tanks. This is a crucial position for the company's operations. Trucking routes can be local, regional, or over-the-road (OTR). The position requires regular exposure to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles, with a typically loud work environment.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1-year general vehicle driving experience
• Valid Driver License CDL Class B or CDL Class A
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Background check and DOT-compliant drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform basic service truck driving functions in accordance with RTG and DOT requirements.
• Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with RTG and DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries.
• Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
• Perform lifting/pushing between 50 and 150 lbs. on a frequent basis during work shift.
• Conduct portable toilets servicing upholding RTG service standards.
• Perform customer service interaction when on customer work sites to ensure they are getting the services completed to their standard.
• Be flexible in order to meet customer needs when routes need to be adjusted or changed.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to be most efficient as well as giving the customer the best service possible.
• Strategically plan for customer needs by discussing their portable toilet needs, so the customer's current and future needs are satisfied.
• Other duties as assigned.
