About The Position

Carter Lumber is seeking CDL Class A/B Drivers to join their team. This role involves transporting orders to local customer jobsites in a safe and timely manner using a company-owned fleet. The driver will ensure daily delivery schedules are met while providing friendly and professional customer service. Responsibilities include unloading materials using a dump bed or truck-mounted forklift to place them at the customer's desired location. This position offers a stable, predictable schedule with the opportunity to be home every night and potential for career growth within the company.

Requirements

• Previous delivery experience, preferably with building materials, trusses, and/or panels.
• Experience operating a truck-mounted forklift.
• An acceptable driving record.
• A current CDL license.
• Ability to be a team player.

• Familiarity with building materials and delivery equipment is preferred.
