About The Position

Dolphin Transportation Specialist, a member of the Hoffmann Family of Companies, is seeking experienced CDL drivers with a Passenger endorsement for Part-Time and Full-Time positions in the Sarasota/Tampa area. The company operates a large fleet of luxury vehicles and is a preferred transportation provider for resorts, colleges, universities, hotels, and cruise ports in Florida. Drivers will operate Shuttle Buses, Mini-Buses, or Motor Coaches, primarily dispatched from the Sarasota location. This is a 24/7 operation with varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. The role requires excellent customer service, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle luggage.

Requirements

• CDL, class "A" or "B" with no Airbrakes restrictions.
• Passenger (P) endorsement required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Passenger endorsement.
• DOT medical card.
• Clean driving record (no more than 3 points).
• Must be 25 years of age or older as per Insurance carrier.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test and random drug and alcohol tests.
• Ability to adjust to work schedule and business needs.
• Able to lift luggage.
• Adaptive and flexible with a positive 'can do' attitude.
• Fluent English is preferred.
• Smart phone with Bluetooth capability.
• Bluetooth earpiece.
• Car phone holder.
• Must possess a black suit, black shoes, and a white dress shirt.

Nice To Haves

• Verifiable Motor Coach experience preferred.
• Company tie will be provided.

Responsibilities
