About The Position

As a CDL-Certified Delivery Service Driver, you’ll be more than just someone behind the wheel — you'll be a trusted partner, a vital part of our service promise, and a living example of our values in action. This role involves operating an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. You will connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil, use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance, communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, and monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service. You will always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.).
• Strong safety mindset.
• Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations.
• Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen.
• Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred.
• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience.
• Bilingual.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting.
