About The Position

At C&H Industrial, we’re hiring safety-focused Local CDL Drivers / CDL B Operators to run industrial vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, and other heavy-duty cleaning systems. If you’ve got a strong work ethic, mechanical skills, and enjoy hands-on work, this could be the perfect fit. This is more than just another local CDL driver position — you’ll be part of a hardworking team tackling industrial cleaning projects at facilities throughout the area.

Requirements

21+ years old with at least 18 months of industrial cleaning experience.
Class B CDL (or willingness to obtain if medically qualified).
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical labor daily.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to travel and work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Comfortable with 24/7 on-call scheduling.
Ability to read, write, and follow safety procedures.
Pass medical screenings and drug testing.

Responsibilities

Drive & Operate Equipment: Transport, set up, and operate industrial vacuum trucks and hydroblasting machines for hazardous and non-hazardous cleanups.
Keep Equipment Running Smoothly: Perform inspections, maintenance checks, and minor repairs to keep equipment job-ready.
Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Identify mechanical issues and help keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
Stay Safe, Stay Smart: Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and hazardous materials.
Go Where the Work Is: Travel to local and regional job sites and be available for on-call 24/7 operations as needed.
Work Hard, Get Dirty: Lift heavy loads, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding environments including tight spaces, extreme temperatures, and elevated work areas.
Prevent Cross-Contamination: Clean and decontaminate equipment after each job to meet company and safety standards.
