CDL-B Driver
About The Position

As we expand across our markets, we're looking for driven, safety-minded people who want to grow with us. That's where you come in. As a CDL Class B Truck Driver, you operate a waste hauling truck to provide residential trash and recycling pick up. Operating around 150 miles of your home, you lift and carry residential waste and deposit into a compactor. Throughout your day, you are attentive to safety and are sure to report any defects, accidents, or violations. You inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and report preventative maintenance needs to management team. Each day, you are happy to be on the road and not stuck in an office.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class B driving experience
- No more than one moving violation on your MVR within the last 3 years
- CDL Class A/B
Responsibilities
- Safely operate around 150 miles of home
- Complete daily pre and post trip inspections
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods etc.) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Report any and all defects, accidents, or violations
- Carry out other duties as needed or instructed
