About The Position

The CDL Driver I will transport non-hazardous materials between customer sites and Reworld facilities throughout the Buffalo and surrounding areas. This is primarily a home daily position operating Class B straight trucks, vacuum trucks, roll-offs, and box trucks, with some overnight travel required during winter months.

Requirements

CDL Class B license required
Tanker endorsement required
Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience
Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
Acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

Experience operating vacuum trucks or roll-off equipment
Background in waste, environmental services, or similar industries
Strong safety mindset and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Operate CDL Class B vehicles including straight trucks, vacuum trucks, roll-offs, and box trucks in a safe and efficient manner
Transport non-hazardous materials within local routes across Buffalo and surrounding areas
Operate vacuum and related equipment to load, unload, and transfer materials as required
Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
Complete all required paperwork including logs, delivery tickets, inspection reports, and other documentation
Ensure proper handling and securement of materials during transport
Maintain clear communication with dispatch, customers, and team members regarding route updates and delivery status
Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations at all times
Support general operational needs and assist with additional duties as assigned
