About The Position
The CDL-A Yard Driver works in the yard at the Hershey, Pennsylvania location. The role involves spotting trailers, assisting road drivers, monitoring yard equipment, and moving equipment between the main plant and a neighboring plant. Other yard duties may be assigned. An automatic yard jockey truck is provided. The position averages $1,176 per week, or $61,152 per year, with hourly pay. The schedule is 3.5 days on and 3.5 days off, requires one weekend day, and offers day and night shifts. Drivers are home daily.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- No SAP drivers.
- Reliable transportation for daily commuting to the plant.
Responsibilities
