About The Position

We are hiring new CDL-A drivers for an Over-the-Road (OTR) carrier. This position is open to recent graduates with no prior Class A driving experience. Trainees will undergo 4 weeks of OTR training with a trainer, earning $650 per week. Experienced drivers also have the option to pursue OTR roles. The position requires drivers to have a CDL and have completed at least 120 hours of truck driving school within the past 12 months. A clean criminal and MVR record is mandatory. Hiring is available in many states.

Requirements

• Possess a CDL.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school in the past 12 months.
• No criminal record.
• No MVR record.
• No prior Class A driving experience required for new graduates.

Benefits

• Average miles per week: 2600-2800 miles
• Home time: 1 day off for every 6 days out (up to 4 days maximum)
• Pay per mile: $0.46 cpm solo
