About The Position
This is a local CDL A Truck Driving job where drivers are home daily. The position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, no-touch freight, and an average weekly pay of $1,200 with an annual potential of up to $70,000. The current schedule involves a rotating schedule of 6 days worked with a 34-hour restart, followed by 5 days worked with 2 days off. Drivers will average 1,250 miles per week, completing 1-3 routes per day with 1-3 stops per trip, with occasional 10-hour breaks on the road.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience.
- Able to pass the hair follicle drug test.
- Clean MVR, No SAP.
- Must have personal transportation to and from DC daily.
- Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Drive a CDL A truck locally.
- Complete 1-3 routes per day with 1-3 stops per trip.
- Adhere to a rotating schedule of 6 days worked/34-hour restart, then 5 days worked/2 days off.
- Ensure no-touch freight.
- Take occasional 10-hour breaks on the road.
