About The Position

This regional CDL-A Truck Driver position offers compensation of $1,350 to $1,550 per week with home time every other week for two days off. The role involves transporting refrigerated, no-touch freight, primarily consisting of drop and hook shipments and scheduled live load appointments, within a temperature-controlled freight network east of I-35. The position is designed to maintain consistent mileage flow and structured weekly scheduling. Drivers are assigned Kenworth T-680 automatic tractors equipped with APU, inverter, refrigerator, and Bluetooth capability, utilizing outward-facing cameras. SmartTruck UT6 aerodynamic reefer trailers are used. Assigned tractors can be parked at the driver's residence if secure parking is available. A paid company orientation is provided, after which drivers are dispatched into established regional lanes. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available, along with potential quarterly performance incentives and additional accessorial compensation.
