About The Position

Join a dedicated account offering consistent freight, daily home time, and weekly earning potential averaging $1,600 ($83,000 annually). This position involves refrigerated and dry van freight, delivering to Kroger stores within Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Drivers will handle 2-4 loads per day, with 6-8 stops each, covering 200-300 miles daily. The role requires driver unload with a powered pallet jack and offers opportunities for extra pay through stops, unloads, backhauls, pallet restacking, and clean inspections. Paid orientation/training is provided for a 2-day ride-along at $100 per day.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of CDL-A driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Pass a hair follicle drug test.
• Clean MVR and no SAP.
• Physically capable of live unloads.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have personal transportation to and from the distribution center daily.

Responsibilities

• Drive a truck and trailer combination.
• Perform driver unload with a powered pallet jack.
• Complete 2-4 loads per day with 6-8 stops per load.
• Deliver refrigerated and dry van freight to Kroger stores.
• Operate within a 200-300 mile radius daily.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Participate in paid orientation/training.
