About The Position

Steady miles and a repeatable schedule make this a reliable over-the-road position for drivers who want consistency. Freight runs across a national network with planned lanes, helping drivers avoid constant changes while still maintaining strong weekly mileage. Loads move coast-to-coast throughout the continental United States, with most trips averaging 700–750 miles. Freight is dry van and 100% no-touch, with a strong drop-and-hook percentage. This setup keeps delays low and allows drivers to stay on the road instead of waiting at docks. Drivers operate newer Freightliner, Kenworth, International, and Volvo tractors with automatic transmissions. Each truck includes an APU, inverter, refrigerator space, and mounting options for TV and microwave. Equipment is maintained on a regular schedule to help keep drivers moving without unnecessary downtime. Drivers follow a 12-day run cycle with a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. The schedule stays consistent, allowing drivers to plan time at home ahead of time. Dispatch works from pre-planned routes so drivers know what to expect throughout the week.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience required.

Responsibilities
