American Trucking Group offers Regional, Super Regional, and OTR driving opportunities with established freight networks, dependable scheduling, and route options designed for different lifestyles. Weekly earnings vary by route: Regional drivers earn $1,200 while averaging 2,500–2,600 miles; Super Regional drivers earn $1,300–$1,400 while averaging 2,600–2,800 miles; and OTR drivers earn $1,500 while averaging 3,000 miles. Home-time schedules are 7–9 days out with 1 day home for every 7 days out for Regional drivers; 14 days out and 2 days home for Super Regional drivers; and 3 weeks out and 3 days home for OTR drivers. Drivers choose where to take home time. Drivers operate automatic Kenworth T680 trucks equipped with Smart Idle, a bunk heater, double bunk, and a 1,500-watt inverter. Trucks are serviced every 6 months. Most freight is 85–90% drop and hook. For loads requiring unloading, the company provides an electric floor jack and pays drivers for that work. The company has 30 terminals nationwide; 15 have gyms, truck washes, and laundry facilities. New drivers attend a 3-day orientation in Joplin, Missouri; Dallas, Texas; or Atlanta, Georgia. Travel is covered by rental car or Greyhound, with Uber to the hotel if needed.
