About The Position

This role runs a consistent regional operating area designed to keep drivers moving with minimal downtime between loads. Weekly schedules are built around steady mileage and predictable home time to support both earnings and time off. As a CDL A driver with Flint Logistics, you'll have the opportunity to explore the highways and byways of the East Coast while enjoying the peace of mind that comes with a predictable schedule and consistent home time. Earn a competitive weekly income of $1,525 to $2,025, averaging 2,800-3,200 miles each week. Our fleet of top-of-the-line International ProStar trucks is equipped with APUs, aerodynamic features, and other enhancements to maximize your comfort and efficiency on the road. You'll be hauling no-touch dry van freight. We understand that starting a new job can be a transition, so we've streamlined our onboarding process to ensure you're ready to hit the road quickly and efficiently. Our 3-day orientation program is fully paid, covering your travel, lodging, and meals, and includes a $500 orientation bonus.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Current Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card
At least 6 months of verifiable regional or over-the-road (OTR) tractor-trailer experience within the past 12 months.
