About The Position
Drive locally on a dedicated account based out of Windsor, CT. This is a high-earning W2 position featuring top-tier mileage rates, generous accessorial pay, and full company benefits with daily home time. The role involves dedicated retail freight, with 100% touch freight requiring live unloading at stores, piece-by-piece/box-by-box using rollers.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to handle physical, 100% touch freight unloading
Responsibilities
- Drive locally on a dedicated account.
- Perform 100% touch freight unloading at stores, piece-by-piece/box-by-box using rollers.
- Complete approximately 3 loads per week, averaging ~900 miles per week.
- Potentially make deliveries in NYC Boroughs utilizing 26 ft pup trailers.
