About The Position

We are seeking CDL A Truck Drivers for various positions including Solo/Company Driver, Local, Home Weekly, and OTR. No experience is required for some positions, and paid training is available. We offer multiple lanes to fit your career goals and family needs, including OTR for maximum miles, Dedicated for weekly home time, and Local for daily home time with predictable pay. New drivers will begin in the OTR division and must complete 20,000 safe miles before lane changes. Routes are dependent on experience and local availability.

Requirements

CDL A license
0 experience required for some positions
Must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes (for new drivers)
Ability to average 2,500+ miles per week (Solo OTR)
Team drivers start earning at $.55 CPM
Team drivers receive a 5 cent pay raise after 3 months
Lease Purchase program participants can earn up to $3,500/week
Driver Mentors can earn up to $25,000/year in incentives
Driver Mentors earn an extra $200/week plus $1,000 in bonus opportunities per trainee

Responsibilities

Drive over-the-road (OTR) to maximize miles and pay.
Operate as a Dedicated driver with steady miles and weekly home time.
Work as a Local driver with daily home time, predictable pay, and shift options.
Drive solo with freedom and steady pay, averaging 2,500+ miles per week.
Partner with another driver as a Team to increase miles and pay, averaging 5,000 miles per week.
Participate in the Lease Purchase program to operate a mini business.
Serve as a Driver Mentor to new drivers, earning incentives and bonuses.
