About The Position

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account based in Joliet, IL. Drivers run regional routes with weekly home time, hauling dry van freight to stores across the Midwest. This position offers an average of $1,800 per week ($93,600 per year), with top drivers earning up to $2,000 per week ($104,000 annually). Pay includes mileage, unload, and backhaul pay. The schedule ensures drivers are home weekly with a 34-hour reset, typically on Saturdays and Sundays or Sundays and Mondays. Schedules can be Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, depending on driver location. The job details include operating automatic sleeper trucks with 53' dry van trailers, making approximately 3 turns per week with 3-5 stops per load. Drivers will be responsible for touching and unloading dry freight using rollers. Delivery areas cover Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, and Northern Kentucky. Trucks can be taken home if parked in a safe and secure location.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• No SAP Drivers
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical card
• Able to work weekends
• Reliable and safety-focused
