About The Position

R+L Carriers is hiring full-time CDL-A City P&D Drivers at its Henderson, Colorado Service Center. The position pays $38.32 per hour and offers Monday–Friday schedules with various shifts. Drivers return to the terminal daily and are home every day. The work involves local pickup and delivery of freight, including multiple stops each workday, customer interaction, and potential liftgate deliveries using an electric pallet jack. Drivers use scanning equipment and must operate equipment safely.

Requirements

• CDL Class A.
• At least 1 year of combined, verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record/MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.
• At least 23 years old, or 21 if FMCSA specifications for transitioning from military to civilian CDL have been successfully met.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must successfully complete a road test.
• Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Must be dependable.

Nice To Haves

• Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements.
• Experience hauling hazardous materials.
• Local delivery experience.
• LTL experience.
• Electric pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver freight within the city, with multiple stops per workday.
