About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CDL-A Truck Driver for a local position with competitive pay and excellent incentives. This role involves running local contract freight within a 250-mile radius of Davenport, including dedicated Nestle shuttle runs and warehouse hauling. Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable Class A driving experience.
Must reside within a 40-mile radius of Davenport, IA.
Must meet all DOT physical and drug screening requirements.

Experience with dedicated shuttle runs and warehouse hauling.
Familiarity with operating within a 250-mile radius of Davenport.

Responsibilities

Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles.
Transport local contract freight within an approximate 250-mile radius of Davenport.
Perform dedicated Nestle shuttle runs and warehouse hauling as needed.
Adhere to a schedule that may include full-time workdays up to 14 hours.
Ensure safe operation of company equipment, including tractors governed at 65 MPH.
Participate in fleet performance incentives to potentially increase truck speed.
Handle 100% no-touch dry van freight, primarily seamless drop-and-hook.
Comply with all DOT physical and drug screening requirements.
Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.

Benefits

Competitive pay with weekly gross minimum guarantee ($1,000.00).
Average weekly pay of $1,300.
Base Mileage Pay: $0.62 CPM.
Safety Bonus: Additional $0.03 CPM.
Hourly Runs: $25.00/hour for dedicated shuttle runs and warehouse hauling.
Sign-on Bonus: $10,000.00.
