About The Position

Drive dedicated regional routes for a Dollar Tree account, hauling dry van freight. Drivers average 1,750 miles and around two loads per week, with deliveries across Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Freight is hand-unloaded using rollers at customer locations, and truck parking is coordinated with the account manager. Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset.

Average pay is $1,900 per week ($98,800 annually), with top pay of $2,300 per week ($119,600 annually). Compensation includes mileage and load pay, plus a Safe and On-Time bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• No SAP drivers.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical card.
• Able to work weekends.
• Reliable and safety-focused.
