We are hiring both experienced OTR drivers and recent CDL school graduates for a regional route east of I-35. Drivers can expect to be home every 12 days for 2 full days off. The average weekly gross is between $1,300 to $1,500, with top performers averaging $1,750+. Drivers will cover 2,200 to 2,800 miles per week. The schedule is 12 days out and 2 days home. The freight is 100% no-touch dry van, with 70% drop and hook and 30% live unload. All runs are east of I-35, and there is no NYC. Trucks are 2022 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth, automatic, with APU standard. Each truck is assigned to one driver, with no slip seating. Take-home is available for qualifying drivers. For those new to the industry, we offer 4 to 6 weeks of paid one-on-one OTR training with guaranteed weekly pay during training and full solo pay once upgraded. Orientation is paid at $300 for the week, with travel and hotel covered. Pet and passenger riders are allowed from day one for experienced drivers. Full benefits are available after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, Rx, 401(k) with match, company-paid life insurance, long-term disability, and employee stock options. Vacation accrues starting day one.
