Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures. This role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday night - Friday morning 11:00pm-7:30am. ONBOARDING SCHEDULE: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week. The Truck Driver role involves transporting and delivering products while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to ensure the quality and quantity of the products being produced. This role reports to a Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid CDL Class A license
  • Must meet applicable DOT requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Physical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb or bend within a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment

Responsibilities

  • Drives truck to multiple destinations
  • Completes pre-assigned route
  • Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and notifies supervisor of any issues that need to be addressed as per DOT guidelines
  • Ability to navigate trailers to docking bays to load and unload scheduled deliveries
  • Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
  • Needs to operate box truck and tractor trailer
  • Ability to operate warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHA)
  • Performs other duties as assigned
