About The Position

This position is for CDL-A Truck Drivers in the El Paso area. Drivers will operate within a 27-state zone from Colorado eastward, with the option to be home every two weeks. The company is willing to hire recent CDL school graduates with no prior experience. The role involves drop and hook, live loads, and preloads, with runs similar to Over-The-Road (OTR) but confined to the specified zone, excluding the Northeast.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL in hand.
• Recent CDL school graduate with 120+ hours, or 6 months of recent driving experience.
• 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical, hair test, and urine test.

Responsibilities

• Operate a late-model truck (1.5 years old on average).
• Drive with a mentor for 4-6 weeks to learn backing, trip planning, log keeping, and fueling.
• Complete assigned routes within a 27-state zone.
• Perform drop and hook, live load, and preload operations.
• Maintain logs and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
