About The Position

We are urgently hiring a CDL-A Semi-Local Truck Driver with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. This position offers no-touch freight and a schedule designed to get you home frequently. You will be delivering to Dollar Tree stores across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky. This role requires a minimum of 3 months of CDL-A experience, a clean MVR, and the ability to pass a hair follicle drug test. Reliable personal transportation is necessary as trucks cannot be taken home.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of CDL-A experience.
• Must pass a hair follicle drug test.
• Clean MVR required.
• No SAP drivers.
• Reliable personal transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to Dollar Tree stores throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky.
• Transport no-touch freight.
• Operate a CDL-A truck.

Benefits

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500–$1,700
• Annual Earnings: $75,000–$100,000
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid in installments during your first 6 months
• $245 per unloaded trailer
• $70 per backhaul
• $25 per stop
• Home 3–4 times per week (typically every other day for a 10-hour break)
• Average 800–1,000 miles per week
• 2 days of paid orientation/training at $150 per day
