About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver for a home daily route. This position involves transporting refrigerated freight with a no-touch policy. Drivers can expect 1-3 routes per day with 1-3 stops per trip. The schedule is a rotating work schedule: 6 days worked with a 34-hour restart, followed by 5 days worked with 2 days off. Training includes 1 day of in-classroom training with a $50 stipend and 2-3 days of ride-along training at $100 per day. Most loads deliver at night for easier stocking and less traffic, with higher freight volumes expected Wednesday through Saturday. Drivers will be home daily with very rare occasions of staying overnight in a hotel. The average weekly pay is $1,200, with an annual pay potential of up to $70,000.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL license
- Minimum of 3 months of class A experience
- Ability to meet company and DOT safety standards
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work a rotating schedule
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends
